 Ordering & Pricing.                                                                   
You are deemed to have placed an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process.
As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors.
Once the order has been placed we will send you an  e-mail acknowledging the order and detailing the products you have ordered.
We are deemed to have accepted your order when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email.
We may refuse to accept an order on the following grounds:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error.
All prices displayed  include VAT at the current rates.  
Our prices are reviewed periodically and the next review is scheduled for June 2010. 

Cancellations & Refunds.
 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) simply notify us by email to enquiries@occasionalbums.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning the goods to us as specified below.
You can return goods you have ordered from us at any time within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. 
The goods must be returned in the original packaging and undamaged (unless reason for return is because goods are damaged).
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods or an exchange credit as required.

 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of extracts from this Website for any purpose is prohibited.
